The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David Brown. Applicant proposes septic system installation and abandonment of existing system at property located at 25 Blue Bill Lane, Map 17, Parcel 519.
Notice of Intent filed by Ronald Lemire. After the fact filing for installation of asphalt driveway. Applicant proposes removal of asphalt and replacement with gravel driveway at property located at 150 Great Pond Road, Map 14, Parcel 100.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Robert Maier. DEP SE 19-1459~(Last heard June 26, 2012.)~Applicant proposes installation of a full foundation, shed removal, and construction of additions at property located at 3 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 3. ~
Administrative Review filed by Sharon Shipley. Applicant requests completion of planting of Cape Cod mix from 50’ buffer to 100’ buffer zone at property located at 55 Schoolhouse Road
